Delivery Information

We ship with DHL, Bring, PostNL, Posti Postal, Point Relais, and Hermes.
Free shipping to a pickup point for orders above 100 euro.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs 4.90 euro to a pickup point.
Home delivery costs 5.90 euro.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is 2 to 3 business days. During holidays such as Christmas, delivery may in some cases take 1 extra day. We do not ship on weekends Saturday and Sunday.

If you place an order on a business day before 11:00, your order will be shipped the same day.

Payment Information

Reliefr accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, iDEAL, Klarna, Bancontact Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Shop Pay, Mobilepay, and PayPal. The amount will only be charged from your account when the order is shipped. All amounts are in euro and include VAT.

RESERVATION OF THE AMOUNT

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The amount will remain reserved on your card or account until:

• we charge the amount when the order is shipped, or
• the amount is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

For more information about the rules of your specific card, you can contact your card issuer. We do not charge any card fees.
